Our first classic car show at Paintbrush Assisted Living was an overwhelming success! We were amazed by how many residents, families, friends and neighbors remembered their classic cars of the 1960s and 1970s.
Despite temperatures topping 100 degrees on Saturday, June 24th, 150+ people attended this event, which was a tribute to a time when muscle cars were “in”, chrome was king and the bigger the engine, the better.
The Loose Wires Car Club of Fresno provided the wheels of entertainment and the line-up of vehicles was seemingly endless. It included:
- Pontiac GTOs
- Firebird Trans Ams
- Classic Mustangs
- Chevy Bel Airs
- Souped-up station wagons
- Smoking hot hot rods
- Wild woodies
